The antique decor exuded charm, and the accessible rooms were delightful for us seniors. The staff's attention to detail, especially in service, made my stay exceptionally pleasant and memorable at The National Hotel.
More comfortable seating in communal areas would help.

Charming antique decor throughout the hotel.
I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The bedding in our room was old and wrinkled, which made it hard to feel comfortable, especially considering what we paid. The water served in the bar tasted unpleasant, almost like it came from an old spring, and it was hard to enjoy a drink there.

The hotel's charm and historic character were delightful, with a warm welcome and comfortable room. However, the breakfast options were sparse, and there were cleanliness issues with dirty glasses. Service was mixed, and while some staff were friendly, others seemed indifferent. Overall, a unique experience with room for improvement.

The antique decor provides a charming atmosphere, truly showcasing the building's historic character. Breakfast includes delightful options, making it a great start to the day before exploring the local area.
The queen room featured bedding that felt outdated, with puckering in various places that detracted from comfort given the price. Additionally, the water quality wasn’t great, with a noticeable odor that wasn't ideal for drinking. Lastly, Wi-Fi connectivity was occasionally spotty, making it tougher to stay connected.

I had a lovely time enjoying the cozy comfort of my Deluxe Queen Room #11 and sipping delicious drinks crafted by the amazing bartender! There were great relaxation options like the inviting bar area and a charming outdoor patio perfect for unwinding. The only hiccup was the slightly outdated bathroom lighting, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 😊
